Who and Who is expected to be part of this Pageant?

these questions call for answers, going by the content of the flyer above, you will see that its for a pageant in taking place in Imo State, Owerri precisely. All the Igbo Ambassadors all over the world are invited and expected to be in the front line of the programme as it aims at projecting the Igbo Traditional values and culture. the contestants can come from any of the Igbo speaking States of the federation.
